A lot of people think that it's really terrible how much graffiti Bologna has, and I've even talked to a woman who moved there 10 years ago that thought the town was ruined and becoming worse because of all the graffiti. Personally, I've always been enthralled by the world of graffiti art. I think it's beautiful, and it genuinely just makes me smile. I'm not talking about the tags of names or "f*ck this sh*t" on the walls. I'm talking about the people who take the time to actually create something different and unique that kind of pulls you outside of your own world and makes you see a different side of things. I have only just recently started taking photos of my favorite graffiti from around the city, so just know that this post is ongoing and I'll be updating it every once in awhile with new photos!

3-Eyes: Possibly my favorite grafitti artist in the city, because these caricatures of humans use just the brightest and most animated cartoon style I've seen in a long time. There are tons of these little guys around town, and I've even seen a mural by the park!

Decapitated Bunny:

Creepy as hell, but definitely a treasure if you find them. They're comical in a Tim-Burton kind of way, and I love seeing them.

Heart Mask:

I don't see too many of these little guys around, but the style is unmistakable and I really like how sometimes they have halos or horns or both!

Political Stencils: Gotta love Bologna for it's political awareness - and it's hatred for capitalism. Really this isn't what I would personally consider "art" but it still makes me laugh.
